1. In a small bowl, combine 3 parts lemon juice, 1 part water.
2. Slice the bananas into 1/8” thick coins, brush with the lemon juice and water mixture. Sprinkle with a little salt.
3. Bake on a tray at 120ºF for an hour. Flip the bananas over and continue to bake for a further 45mins, or until crispy.
4. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool. I don’t know how many you need to eat to contribute to your five a day but it might be fun to find out.
