Now, I don’t pretend to know how a Frankenstein’s monster-looking chap and a vampire make a baby who’s a werewolf, but then, I’m not a scientist.

Among the many shows that were on throughout my childhood, The Munsters was
among the best.
The humour was gentle and friendly, undoubtedly one for the family. Sweet and approachable and Yvonne De Carlo who was stunningly beautiful with tremendous comic timing.

Fred Gwynne, with that amazing face (with our without makeup) who seemed like everyone’s father, and had some great life lessons for their werewolf son, Eddie.

I loved, LOVED, the fact that Herman and Lily were so worried about their niece, Marilyn, because she looked so strange.

And the theme tune is second to none.
