Oh, but I’ve reached the blessed day when I get to rhapsodise about Domino’s pizza.
Anyone who’s lactose intolerant or allergic to gluten, you have my sympathy. I am made entire of carbs and cheese.
However, I’m pretty sure that pizza places all over can accommodate all manner of allergies so feel free to give these a whirl.
Aimée’s vegetarian, mostly, so we’ll get her out of the way first. She goes for the old half-and-half – one half margarita, the other half vegi supreme, hold the tomato, extra sweetcorn. Good for her.
I, on the other hand, have the finest pizza known to man. The Sizzler, which usually includes: red onions, peppers, jalapeños, tandoori chicken. Now, here’s how to make it incredible – hold the jalapeños, hold the red onion, but bring on the bacon, mushrooms and black olives.
Honestly, it’s divine.
