Feta Psiti

200g feta cheese

2 – 4 tablespoons of crushed red chilli flakes

2 teaspoons olive oil

A pinch of oregano

  1. Set the oven to 200℃.
  2. Place the feta on a baking tray, and sprinkle with the crushed chillies and oregano.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the top, and cover the cheese loosely in tin foil.
  4. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, and serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers.

My main character makes this on a quiet night in. She uses extra chillies because she likes the idea of a snack that can change the way you walk.
